Why this fee structure?
It is a part of my mission to do what I can in making mental health care accessible. One major barrier to services is financial investment. I believe in an individual connection and responsibility to the collective. I also believe that you, client, know best what you can afford.
Please pay the highest amount you are able so that I can ensure the long term availability of this this supportive structure.

Time Investment
Individual and couples sessions are 55 minutes
Option to meet between once every other week up to twice every week depending on your current level of support needed. Most clients meet once a week, especially in the beginning.
I schedule with clients up to a month out. Because I set your time aside specifically for you, I have a 24 hour cancelation policy in which if you do not cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice you will be charged for the session.
Time outside of this 55 minute session could include integrating skills learned in session, journaling, meditation, experiments agreed upon in session (i.e. homework), and integrating other pieces of your healing or spiritual journey. - How much time are you dedicating to your healing?
Supervision - 60 or 90 minutes

Out of Network Benefits
I have made the choice to be an Out of Network provider, meaning I do not bill insurance. This choice opens up possibilities in the work we can engage in together without need to meet outside requirements (i.e. we decide duration and modality of treatment, not the insurance company).
However, I can provide you with a Superbill each month which you are then able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Many insurance plans include Out of Network Benefits, but I recommend calling your insurance company to check.
Questions to ask your insurance when you call:
What are my out of network benefits?
Do I have mental health out of network benefits?
I want to work with Noël Quigley, LPC license number C5807, their rate is $175 per 55 minute session, how much will I be reimbursed?
How can I get reimbursed for sessions I pay for with an out of network provider?
Do I have a deductible I need to reach before I am reimbursed for out of network care?
Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
