billie came to the team from Stumptown Strays in Summer 2024, and left in Jan 2025. Though she wasn’t on the team for very long, her spirit made a GIANT impact. She was fierce, strong, and the bravest girl we have ever known. Found living on the street with many significant health problems, she later became completely blind from a brain tumor. However, nothing could hold this girl back from a life of adventure, food, and leisure all on her terms. She is an inspiration to us all and the team is ever better for the short time we had with her.
